He resigned, rolled up his sleeves, and spent months researching, traditional preservation methods, preparation techniques, ingredient sourcing, the science behind why old recipes worked without chemicals. He spoke to grandparents, tested with family, failed, adjusted, and tried again.

The result is this Meat Pickle. Mr. Suneesh hand-selects every cut of buffalo meat from a trusted stall near his home in Kottayam. He uses only top-quality, naturally sourced ingredients — no shortcuts, no additives. Every batch is prepared in small quantities, the way food was always meant to be made.

What started as something he shared with friends, family, and neighbours is now on your table. And nothing about how he makes it has changed.

Storage

Once opened, store in a cool dry place. Always use a dry spoon. Consume within 4 months of opening.

Best enjoyed with steamed rice, Kerala biriyani, or Kerala porotta. Also makes a bold standalone taste-maker, a spoonful straight from the jar is never a bad idea.
