Return & Refund Policy – Malayali Kada

At Malayali Kada, customer satisfaction is our priority. Since 99% of our products are perishable food items, we generally do not accept returns once the product has been delivered. However, we have a fair and transparent policy to address genuine concerns.

Food Products

  • If you receive a damaged, spoiled, or wrong food product, please contact our support team at mallayalikada@gmail.com or via WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.

  • After verification, we may provide a replacement or partial/full refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

  • Please note that any concerns raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

  • Food products once delivered cannot be returned, unless the issue is due to damage or spoilage at our end.

Non-Food Products

For items that are not food products (e.g., kitchen essentials, accessories):

  • You may request a return within 24 hours of delivery, only if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.

  • Returned items must be in the same condition as delivered, with original packaging intact.

  • Any damage caused by customer mishandling will not be eligible for return, refund, or replacement.

Refunds

  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds (partial/full) will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Please note, depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
